I'm a pretty open and honest person, I have my weaknesses, my flaws and my triumphs and successes, I guess that makes all of us human. I am not here to sell you no tricks, or gimmicks. I lived most of my life at 330lbs, I was unhealthy and unhappy, but something changed, something spoke to me that motivated my life to live a healthier and happier lifestyle and my body followed.
